"Go somewhere else if you can , the absolute worst insurance I’ve ever encountered. They tried to lie and low ball me on my homeowners insurance coverage quoting me on what a “drone” flew pass and saw. Meanwhile market and department of buildings placed my house at 3xs more than what they wanted to cover me for. They charged my account whatever prices they wanted when my bank account clearly shows the payments went through. Instead of seeing where the issue was they’re dismissive. There’s no customer loyalty discounts, nothing I’ve been with them for years and never once filed a claim and they’ve only constantly went up because “others” in my borough are having more accidents. Any way they can make a $1 off of you while offering you a penny in return. It’s always something new with them."
