"Purchased renters insurance back in June 2024. When I switched apartments I asked them to cancel floor 1 insurance and move it to unit 3. When I called Michael gave nothing but attitude because I called the wrong department for canceling coverage and then he put me on hold for 40 mins to transfer. He never came back. Then when it was finally cancelled they were not able to confirm the refund amount. Glad I’m not with them anymore. Pure attitude!"
